A comprehensive assessment of your body and pelvic floor health. During pregnancy, we focus on keeping you feeling your best, exercising and preparing for labour and delivery. Anytime after 6 weeks postpartum, we begin with an assessment to help you with any concerns and guide you in returning to exercise.

Warrior Moms is a series of classes designed with your pelvic floor in mind. Each class involves an education session as well as a great workout! In addition to exercises you can safely continue at home!
