Warrior Renew: Menopause Strengthening class

Weekly in-person strengthening classes

  • Focus on building strength, supporting bone density, improving joint health, and helping you feel strong in your body. The program is tailored to the unique changes of menopause and is designed to help you move confidently.

  • Option to have classes billed through extended health benefits (requires a physiotherapy assessment before classes start).

  • Workouts are scaled to your current needs

  • 6 people per class at our South location

TARGET CLIENT:

  • Perimenopause, menopausal or postmenopausal women

  • Minimal exercise experience required

CLASSES RUN EVERY 6 WEEKS:

February 17- March 27 (full)

March 30- May 8

May 11- June 19

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 or 6pm.

We release class times to new clients 2 weeks before a new series starts. Sign up is first come, first serve! To be notified of new class times sign up below!
