Evening Classes

Weekly in-person strengthening classes (no babies)

  • Option to have classes billed through extended health benefits (requires a physiotherapy assessment before classes start).

  • Focus on: pelvic floor, core, gluteal and full body strengthening

  • Great way to get ready to return to run!

  • Workouts are scaled to your current needs

  • 6 people per class at our South location

TARGET CLIENT:

  • minimum 8 weeks postpartum

  • Ideally has seen a pelvic health physiotherapist for a postpartum assessment

  • Minimal exercise experience required

CLASSES RUN EVERY 6 WEEKS:

February 17- March 27 (full)

March 30- May 8 (full)

May 11- June 19

You will sign up for a recurrent class time each week; we offer classes Monday - Thursday after 6:30pm.

We release class times to new clients 2 weeks before a new series starts. Sign up is first come, first serve! To be notified of new class times sign up below!
