Renee Braddick, B.Kin (she/her)

My kinesiology journey started in high school when I got a job at a physio clinic as a receptionist. I observed the Physiotherapist and Kinesiologist every day and began to realize that was a career pathway I wanted to take! I fell in love with fitness and health. I knew I wanted to help others and be in healthcare so Kinesiology was the perfect fit for me. After working in the clinic for 2 years I went to university and received my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta.

My career started as the strength and conditioning coach for the Olds College Broncos! I couldn’t be more thankful to be able to work with diverse sports and incredible athletes. Being able to see my athletes succeed in their sport is so rewarding. It’s never a dull moment from managing injuries, hitting PR’s and big game day wins with many laughs in between.

I want to be a role model to women and show them just how strong they really are! Growing up I had very strong women around me which influenced me to be where I am today. Women’s health is incredibly important and diverse!

I am passionate about health and sports. I grew up playing many sports including volleyball and basketball. When I’m not working you’ll usually still find me in the gym, at a sports game, at a cafe or brewery, traveling the world or hiking and camping.
