Fall classes are now available!

SIGN YOURSELF UP via the JaneApp: warriorphysio.janeapp.com

  • Pick the class time you want during the week of Sept 8-12.

  • We will then sign you up for the remainder of the series. This is a 6 week series that runs from: Sept 8 - Oct 17th.

  • You can sign up for more than one class per week if you wish.

Steps to Sign Up:

1) Scroll down to "Pregnancy & Postpartum Strength & Conditioning"

2) Select either "Postpartum Class" or "Busy Moms" (DO NOT SELECT SMALL GROUP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING)

3) Navigate to the week of Sept 8-12th and select the class time that works for you.

4) Once you are signed up we will charge you for $180.00 for the 6 classes that will go as a credit on your account. (If you have left over credit from the previous class series it will just be the difference.)

Sign up is first come, first serve so reserve your spots now! We are giving our existing clients a early access to sign up, but will be releasing the spots to new clients next week on Wednesday Aug 27th.

Weekly in-person strengthening classes that you can attend with your baby!

  • Option to have classes billed through extended health benefits (requires a physiotherapy assessment).

  • Focus on: pelvic floor, core, gluteal and full body strengthening

  • Great way to get ready to return to run!

  • Workouts are scaled to your current needs

  • 6 people per class at our South location

TARGET CLIENT:

  • minimum 8 weeks postpartum

  • Ideally has seen a pelvic health physiotherapist for a postpartum assessment

  • Minimal exercise experience required
