postpartum strengthening: Busy Moms Class

Our registration is now open for our summer series.  We do things a little differently in the summer; and you just need to register for any 4 classes throughout the 8 weeks.  Summer classes run July 7 - Sept 5th.  You can register for more if you'd like, but we try and give people a bit more flexibility with holidays etc.

Steps to Sign Up:

Head to Jane APP: warriorphysio.janeapp.com

1) Scroll down to "Pregnancy & Postpartum Strength & Conditioning"

2) Select either "Postpartum Class" or "Busy Moms"

3) Navigate to the first week you will attend and click the class time you want. (Hint: you can click the calendar icon beside the date to do this more quickly). Then click "Book more" & Repeat a minimum of 3 more times.

4) Once you are signed up we will charge you for $120.00 for the 4 classes that will go as a credit on your account. (If you have left over credit from the previous class series it will just be the difference.)

Evening in-person strengthening classes - baby free!

  • Option to have classes billed through extended health benefits (requires a physiotherapy assessment).

  • Focus on: pelvic floor, core, gluteal and full body strengthening

  • Great way to get ready to return to run!

  • Workouts are scaled to your current needs

  • 6 people per class at our South Location

TARGET CLIENT:

  • minimum 8 weeks postpartum

  • Ideally has seen a pelvic health physiotherapist for a postpartum assessment

  • Minimal exercise experience required
